Milly Pickles

Milly Pickles is a content creator and motivational speaker who has generated a strong, supportive community by sharing her inspiring story as a para athlete. Milly aims to challenge people’s perceptions of the disabled community through her positive mindset and resilience in completing some of the world’s tougest challenges – including the Red Bull 400 (of which Milly was the first amputee to do so) and the London Marathon 2024. Through Milly’s impressive achievements her audience have become captivated by her journey and this led to the development of her Run Club ‘Pickles Paces’. This is more than just a running group; it’s a movement that promotes diversity and inclusivity, open to all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Milly’s positivity and engaging personality makes it a welcoming and motivating space for everyone to embark on their running journey, regardless of their fitness level or experience. Milly has seamlessly collaborated with renowned brands, bringing her unique touch to campaigns for ALDI, ASOS and Ninja to name a few. She has also collaborated with Paypal, Whaler and EvolveYou as a motivational guest speaker. Alongside this, Milly is an ambassador for LuluLemon and a reporter for the 2024 Paralympics on Channel 4. As someone who believes in the transformative power of art to drive positive change, Milly is committed to making a difference and as such, actively champions causes close to her heart, including Legs4africa.
