Our Values
Since day one, family values have been at our core. Founded by Emilio and Amy Arciniega, OTG was born out of a desire to make a positive difference to talent, audiences and the wider industry. It was created to nurture talent, to support and protect them, and raise standards on both the small and big things to the highest level.
