Emily Roz

Emily Roz is a recipe developer and content creator best known for her vibrant and diverse recipes inspired by flavours from around the world. Emily’s love for food and exploring different cuisines began through her upbringing in Europe, where she spent time living in Poland, France, the Czech Republic and Switzerland before settling in the UK. She pursued her interest in food by working as a restaurant chef and at the same time, Emily founded Myriad Recipes and started sharing her creations on her website and social media platforms, quickly attracting a substantial total following of over 680k. Her ‘Around the World in 80 Dumplings’ series was loved by millions of viewers and this love of travelling the world’s cuisines in dumpling form lead to the release of her first cookbook The World Is Your Dumpling in August 2024. Emily’s aim is always to create exciting recipe ideas using new flavours while keeping the method simple and easy to follow which her audience loves, and she partners with lots of her favourite brands to share inspiration for simple yet delicious home-cooked recipes which are a joy to watch and a treat to replicate.
